Job Description
Supervisor, Electrical Instrumentation role at Mosaic Company's New Wales Concentrates facility in Mulberry, FL. Lead and develop a team of EI Technicians, drive excellence in asset health and maintenance execution, and oversee key reliability tools. Help shape the maintenance budget, champion internal work standards, and drive preventive and predictive maintenance plans.
Requirements
- High School diploma or GED
- Working knowledge of SAP or other related CMMS
- 5+ years of related experience
- Journeyperson Electrician or related certification
- Demonstrated proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
