Job Description
The Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE) Counselor supports The Museum of Flight and its Aerospace Camp Experience (ACE) by assisting with the oversight of one unit of day camp (10 to 20 children) in this engaging STEM focused program. ACE Counselors are an integral part in engaging, instructing, and supervising ACE campers and supporting the smooth operations of ACE programming.
Requirements
- Assist the assigned ACE Lead Counselor with the direction, development, supervision, and organization of campers.
- Lead or assist with the teaching of camp activities.
- Work to ensure a safe, fun, and educational environment for campers.
- Support campers emotional and social development, encouraging understanding of others and positive self-concepts.
- Follow all ACE and Museum policies and procedures.
