Events Manager

The Museum of Flight is seeking an Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and profitability of private events throughout the year, ranging from intimate gatherings to large-scale experiences. The successful candidate will have sales and event planning experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to effectively coordinate with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Five years of experience in sales, event management, and customer service in a large venue or museum
• Two years of experience supervising staff
• Experience overseeing event vendors and external service providers
• Planning, budgeting, and forecasting experience
