Job Description
The Visitor Services Assistant supports The Museum of Flight as usually the first point of contact for visitors, providing Museum amenities and a great visitor experience. This position’s duties include greeting visitors, providing venue and related information, and selling Museum experiences.
Requirements
- Greet visitors upon their arrival
- Provide venue and related information
- Sell Museum experiences including admission tickets and add-on activities
- Staff areas such as Aviation Pavilion, galleries, simulators, and private events
- Be familiar with the Museum campus and assigned work area
