Portfolio Manager, HOA Management

The Nabo Group is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to manage a portfolio of communities (Condominiums & Homeowner Associations). The Portfolio Manager will effectively manage the properties within their assigned portfolio in accordance with each Association’s governing documents, Nabo's established policies and procedures, all Federal, State, and County Fair Housing Laws, the American with Disabilities Act, and all other laws pertaining to housing.

Requirements

• Provide overall supervision of assigned communities and effectively interacts with internal and external customers
• Supervise the operation and administration of the Association in accordance with management agreement, state statutes, and the Association's policies and procedures
• Acts as or oversee the primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners as needed
• Maintain unit and contract files relating to the operations of the Association
