Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in educational technology or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Experience managing fast-paced technology service facilities and supervising part-time staff
- Strong leadership, teamwork, and interpersonal skills
- Working knowledge of digital and/or print media workflows, with an interest in support and management systems
- Advanced technical, administrative, and communication skills (written and verbal)
