Director, Student Success Advising - Lang

The Director, Student Success Advising - Lang will provide leadership and management to academic advisors, supervise staff, and provide academic advising to undergraduate and graduate students. The role is responsible for strategic planning, assessment, and retention initiatives, as well as communication with administrators, faculty, and students. The Director will also provide guidance on university policies and procedures, and lead hiring processes for new advising staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• 8-10 years related experience with a focus on student engagement and advising
• 5+ years of experience supervising or co-supervising individuals
• Superior student services skills
• Experience developing and/or implementing policy as pertains to student status at a college or university
