Part-Time Faculty | Parsons School of Design

The New School is accepting applications for Part-Time Faculty positions in all five design schools at Parsons School of Design. Teaching graduate and/or undergraduate students, developing course syllabi, and assessing student learning outcomes are some of the duties involved. Qualifications include a terminal degree in the field of specialty and 2-3 years of teaching experience.

Requirements

• Terminal degree in the field of specialty (MFA, PH.D, ABD, or equivalent)
• 2-3 years of teaching experience
• Ability to work with diverse students and colleagues
• Proven success creating inclusive classrooms
• Ability to adhere to University COVID-19 Policy and requirements
