Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High School Diploma or G.E.D. preferred
• Experience working with children in a professional or structured setting
• Prior experience in a summer camp setting preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to serve as a positive role model
• Genuine interest in making a positive impact on the lives of children and youth
• Familiarity with the needs of children involved in the child welfare system
• Ability to follow camp policies and procedures
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to being an active team member and leader
• Availability for required training and for at least one full camp session
