Job Description
The Paralegal will provide essential legal and administrative support to ensure the agency’s compliance with laws, regulations, and policies while advancing our human services mission.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
- 2+ years of paralegal or legal support experience related to litigation, contracts, and/or regulatory compliance.
- Prior government, nonprofit, or public interest law experience is a plus.
- Strong research, drafting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with case management systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of social service regulations and nonprofit operations is a plus.
- Mission-driven mindset with focus on client outcomes and program goals.
- Demonstrated strong commitment to safety.
