As a Senior Business Analyst, you will translate numbers into a compelling narrative and applicable insights, analyzing internal performance alongside macro trends to determine what those signals mean for the business in the near term.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience as a business analyst, digital strategy, or management consulting role in an e-commerce business, with experience influencing business decisions.
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Mode), with an emphasis on extracting insights rather than just building architecture.
- 1+ years of experience supporting a digital storefront or physical product launch.
- Familiarity with SWOT analysis, P&L management, and customer segmentation.
- 1+ years of experience leading work streams and keeping diverse teams aligned on deadlines.
