The Weekend Editor plays a central role in shaping the Metro desk's 24/7 report, driving coverage of the biggest storylines through the weekend.
Requirements
- 7+ years' experience at a journalism or media company or other relevant organization.
- Experience stepping in at all stages of the editing process, from a story's conception to first editing through its publication.
- Writing skills that demonstrate mastery of journalistic style and standards, including ethical and superb news judgment.
