Job Description
The Normal Brand is seeking a Technical Design Assistant to join its team in St. Louis, Missouri. As a Technical Design Assistant, you will assist the Technical Design Department in daily tasks, including organizing and maintaining garment samples, preparing for fittings, and measuring garments. The role offers opportunities for growth and development within a young and ambitious company.
Requirements
- Garment construction or pattern making experience
- Understanding of points of measure, garment construction, and fit
- Meticulous organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to multitask
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Creative mindset with a great understanding of fashion market and trends
- Strong computer skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- PLM experience is a plus
