Requirements

• Drive sales and profitability
• Motivate, care for, and train sales associates
• Support the store manager and implement established retail processes and look for opportunities to improve them
• Take care of the flawless execution of central retail processes such as inventory, profit and loss statement, etc.
• Communicate performance metrics and demonstrate your understanding of KPIs to improve your store results
• Ensure that your store has a flawless appearance in line with the brand's visual merchandising guidelines
• Represent the store manager in their absence
