Requirements
- Be the Heart of the Action: Deliver or oversee awesome activities and experiences for guests of all ages—think games, crafts, poolside fun, and more
- Supervise the Pool: Keep our pool areas safe, friendly, and full of good vibes
- Host with Confidence: Don’t be shy—interact with guests around the park, and make every guest feel like a VIP!
- Create Lasting Memories: Help families, kids, and guests make the most of their holiday—no two days are ever the same
- An outgoing, bubbly personality—your energy is contagious!
- Confidence working with people of all ages (kids, parents, grandparents—everyone’s welcome)
- Ability to run outdoor activities and entertainment for large groups
- Cool under pressure and ready for the fast pace of peak periods
- Happy to take the spotlight—whether it’s on the mic or joining in the fun
- Strong customer service skills and a genuine love of making people smile
- Working with Children’s Check
- Current First Aid/CPR and 16+ for Pool Attendant roles (or willingness to obtain)
- Availability across weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
