AI Solutions Architect

Join NRP's A+ team as an AI Solutions Architect and help improve operations with artificial intelligence. As the internal AI leader, you'll identify opportunities, design and build intelligent workflows, and enable employees to leverage AI tools effectively.

Requirements

• Partner with business units to identify opportunities where AI can improve workflows
• Translate business challenges into practical, AI-driven solutions
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents, multi-step automation workflows, and intelligent tools
• Integrate AI platforms and tools with existing enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
• Evaluate emerging AI tools and platforms and provide data-driven recommendations for adoption
• Lead AI pilot programs from scoping through implementation and post-launch support
• Develop and deliver training sessions, workshops, and documentation on AI tool usage and best practices
• Create clear, accessible guidance on prompt design, responsible AI use, and AI safety for all skill levels
• Build and maintain reusable AI components and frameworks that teams can adopt independently
• Maintain awareness of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance considerations and apply them to all implementations
