Job Description
NRP’s A+ team is seeking a skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance, grounds, and housekeeping services to ensure excellent curb appeal and quality of apartment homes. The ideal candidate will have at least 3-4 years of maintenance experience, EPA Universal Certification, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

- EPA Universal Certification
- At least 3-4 years of maintenance experience
- Computer proficiency
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation
