Job Description
Join NRP’s A+ team as a Community Manager and be part of a company recognized as a “Top Workplace”. The Community Manager is responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing apartment community operations, and achieving budgeted NOI. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of property management experience and a high school diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor’s degree or CPM highly preferred.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s degree or CPM highly preferred
- 5+ years property management experience
- 1 year supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of applicable Landlord Tenant Laws, Fair Housing Regulations, IRS Section 42 - LIHTC Program and other laws as they relate to property specific guidelines and occupancy standards
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
