Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred
• 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
• Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
