Job Description
Join NRP's A+ team as a Leasing Specialist at a BRAND NEW LIHTC Lease Up community in Mesquite, TX. Conduct leasing activities, provide customer service, and promote resident retention.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred, Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred
- 1-year customer service or sales experience (or relevant education)
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, Yardi Experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
