Job Description
Join NRP’s A+ team as a Leasing Specialist in our Austin, TX community, The Beckett! You will be responsible for maximizing occupancy by generating qualified traffic, networking within the local community, scheduling appointments, securing rentals, promoting resident retention, and providing exceptional customer service.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent, college preferred
- 1-year customer service or sales experience
- Tax Credit Specialist (TCS) accreditation preferred
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
