Job Description
Join NRP's A+ team as a Maintenance Supervisor at our community in Fort Worth, TX. We offer a competitive benefit package and opportunities for growth and development. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all physical aspects of the apartment community, coordinating and performing maintenance and repair services, and ensuring curb appeal and quality of apartment homes.
Requirements
- Experience in maintenance and repair services
- Ability to lead and supervise a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze and implement cost-saving strategies
- Knowledge of maintenance and repair procedures
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
