Job Description
The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) provides health care services to patients working in collaboration with a licensed physician member of the medical staff, including care during acute and chronic phases of illness, education, and counseling of individuals and families.
Requirements
- Current certificate of authority to practice as an APRN in the State of Ohio
- Graduate of a Nurse Practitioner program that qualifies the graduate to sit for the certification examination of a national certifying organization recognized by the Ohio Board of Nursing
- Master of Science Degree in Nursing
