The Assistant Director- Learning and Involvement Team role supports 15,000+ students living in residence halls by collaborating with stakeholders, providing opportunities for involvement and civic engagement, and enhancing student success. This position plays a key role in the residential curriculum, chairing a committee that advances learning goals and outcomes through partnerships with Student Life and Academic Affairs. The Assistant Director also oversees collaboration between HRE and academic units for living-learning communities, ensuring adequate planning and management of programs.
