Job Description
The Clinical Research Coordinator performs daily clinical research activities in accordance with approved protocols administered by the Clinical Trials Office (CTO) within the Comprehensive Cancer Center at The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center. Responsibilities include assisting with patient records, enrolling patients, obtaining informed consent, and documenting responses to study treatment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in biological sciences, health sciences, social sciences, or other related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of experience in a clinical research capacity (human subjects)
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Clinical research certification from an accredited certifying agency
- Computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office Software applications
