Job Description
The Registration Coordinator functions as an integral member of the health care team to reflect a culture of cooperation, enthusiasm, and mutual respect. This position ensures access to OSUWMC physicians and services and coordinates and supports the functions of integrated radiology services as well as ensures proper data collection/support for an accurate bill.
Requirements
- Considerable experience in a medical setting
- Knowledge of IHIS, and Microsoft Office
- Good organizational and communication skills
- One year experience (1200 hours training) using keyboard and/or word processing equipment to generate a variety of materials ranging from basic to complex
- One year experience (1200 hours training) in office practices and procedures
- One year experience (1200 hours course work) in customer service or equivalent combination of education and experience
