Job Description
OLIVER is seeking an Associate Creative Director, Art Direction to shape the visual language and creative execution of projects across various mediums. The ideal candidate will be a visionary artist, expert collaborator, and detail-oriented leader who ensures every project delivers compelling and cohesive design and imagery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in creative and art direction or related roles
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of work
- Proven ability to conceptualize and execute visually impactful ideas
- Expert knowledge of design software (Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Experience managing and mentoring junior creatives
- An understanding of narrative, social-first content, and experience creating visuals optimized for digital platforms
- A flexible, problem-solving mindset with a passion for innovation, technological advancement, and creative exploration
