As a Email CRM Specialist at OLIVER, you'll be responsible for designing and executing email campaigns that drive engagement, conversions, and customer lifetime value across segments. You'll work at the intersection of data analytics, customer insights, and creative execution to build email programs that customers genuinely value while achieving ambitious engagement and conversion targets.
Requirements
- Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo, HubSpot, or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Experience with marketing automation, including trigger-based campaigns and customer journey mapping
- Understanding of email deliverability, compliance requirements (GDPR, CAN-SPAM), and inbox placement optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign data and translate insights into actionable optimization strategies
- Strong copywriting skills for subject lines, email content, and calls-to-action that drive engagement
- Experience with customer segmentation, personalization, and dynamic content strategies
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS for email template customization and troubleshooting
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copy.ai) to enhance email copywriting, subject line generation, and campaign ideation
- Agentic mindset: ability to break down complex customer journeys systematically and identify optimal engagement strategies
- Experience using AI for content personalization, audience segmentation analysis, and performance optimization
- Understanding of AI capabilities and limitations in email marketing, with strong human oversight for brand consistency
- Ability to leverage AI tools while maintaining authentic brand voice and customer-centric messaging
- Experience with financial services, fintech, or regulated industries and their compliance requirements
- Knowledge of advanced segmentation strategies and predictive analytics for customer lifetime value
- Experience with cross-channel marketing integration including social, SMS, and web personalization
- Understanding of email design systems and responsive email development
- Familiarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and CRM integrations
