Requirements
- 10+ years in creative leadership with significant exposure to luxury or spirits brands.
- Proven history of award-winning work and team leadership.
- Deep understanding of GenAI technologies and their creative applications.
- Strong appreciation for craft, design, and luxury brand aesthetics.
- Experience in mentoring and developing creative talent.
- Excellence in client presentation and stakeholder relationships.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and GenAI platforms.
- Multi-market or global brand experience.
- Track record of successful GenAI implementation in creative projects.
- Expertise in digital-first creative development.
