As a Growth Manager, Solutions, you will own a pipeline of mid-to-large opportunities across advertising and enterprise accounts, targeting marketing, marketing operations, and transformation stakeholders. You will partner with Solutions, Creative, Operations, and Brandtech specialists to shape the right answer for each client and bring the commercial discipline to move deals from discovery to signed.
Requirements
- Proven experience in business development, growth, or consultative sales within marketing services, advertising, agency ecosystems, consulting, or SaaS/MarTech
- Demonstrated success across mid-to-large opportunity cycles: discovery, stakeholder mapping, solution shaping, and close
- Familiarity with embedded and managed service models, creative operations, and marketing transformation β including in-housing, production, and martech/AI enablement
- Strong discovery and storytelling skills β able to lead value-focused conversations, not capabilities pitches
- Commercial confidence: comfortable with scope, pricing, timelines, KPIs, and negotiation workflows
- Organised, detail-oriented, and a strong written communicator across proposals, decks, and CRM
- A confident presenter with strong proficiency in Keynote or Google Slides β able to build and deliver compelling narratives for senior client audiences
- Proficiency with Gen AI tools to enhance research, proposal drafting, and outreach; able to build personal AI workflows and critically evaluate outputs before client use
- Genuine curiosity about generative AI and agentic marketing trends β and the ability to translate that into relevant client conversations
- Collaborative, low-ego working style; able to partner across Solutions, Creative, Operations, and Client teams
