Job Description
OLIVER is a specialist in designing, building, and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. As a Resource & Project Manager, you'll be responsible for driving team capacity and delivery readiness, coordinating projects end-to-end, and optimizing workflows across creative and production.
Requirements
- 5+ years managing resources for a large team within a creative or advertising agency
- Demonstrated expertise in capacity planning, forecasting, and utilization management
- Deep understanding of creative and production workflows
- Exceptional organization, attention to detail, and the ability to make fast, informed decisions
- Strong stakeholder and client-facing communication skills
- Proficiency with project tools required (e.g., Wrike, Asana, Monday.com); Adobe/Figma a plus
