Senior Content Creator

OLIVER is seeking a Senior Content Creator to join their team in New York City. The role involves creating social-first content for Dove across various channels, developing content concepts, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a strong portfolio of social-first content, experience working within brand governance, and practical skills in relevant tools.

Requirements

• Create social-first content for Dove across key channels
• Develop content concepts that connect Dove's purpose with everyday culture
• Write and refine scripts, captions, and hooks aligned to Dove's tone of voice and inclusive approach
• Shoot, edit, and finish short-form video, and create static and motion assets in multiple formats
• Produce modular content systems to scale across markets
• Partner with Social, Brand, Legal/Compliance, and Media teams to ensure content is accurate, approved, and optimised for placement
• Collaborate with creators, influencers, and production partners to deliver content that is authentic, rights-cleared, and on message
• Use data and platform signals to iterate and improve performance
• Maintain high standards for representation and accessibility
• Support and guide junior creators through clear feedback
