Senior Social Media Manager

Established in 2004, OLIVER is a specialist in designing and running bespoke in-house agencies and marketing ecosystems for brands. The company partners with over 300 clients in 40+ countries and counting. As a Senior Social Media Manager at OLIVER, you will be responsible for leading Dove's social channels, creating and publishing content, and managing community engagement. You will work closely with the creative team and content creators to develop social content ideas and assets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management
• Deep platform fluency across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging social channels
• A track record of growing and engaging social communities
• Strong editorial judgement and copywriting skills
• Experience coordinating with content creators, influencer partners, and creative teams
• Confidence presenting to and partnering with brand clients
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using social analytics, listening tools, and reporting
• Experience line managing or mentoring team members
• Professional proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus
