The Opportunity Alliance is looking to fill a Family Services Manager position with our Family and Early Childhood Education program. This position will be responsible for providing supervision, oversight, monitoring and technical assistance in the family services and home visiting components.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education, Social Work, Human Development or other related field
- 3-5 years of experience working with families of young children
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- Knowledge of the important role that culture plays in child and family development
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with complex information to address challenging situations
- Demonstrated ability to practice sound decision-making and good judgment in high stress situations
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse teams
- Commitment to social justice and the mission of Head Start
