Job Description
The Opus Agency is seeking an Event Project Manager to support the delivery of events and content projects from brief through to execution and post-event. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' experience in an event, production, or project coordination role within an agency or similar environment and strong organisational and project management skills.
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience in an event, production, or project coordination role within an agency or similar environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills
- Experience working with suppliers, venues, and external partners
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- High proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Agency experience highly desirable
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred but not required
