Job Description
We are seeking a part-time Care Aide to provide personal care services to residents as directed by the Care Coordinator.
Requirements
- Provide care and services to residents as defined by individualized care plans
- Perform random rounds on each resident every two hours
- Take and record temperature, pulse and respiration rates, and food and fluid intake and output
- Participate in resident activity program
- Document care provided to residents using approved documentation method
- Report any change in resident condition to the charge nurse immediately
