Job Description
Provides care and services to residents as defined by individualized care plans. Care and services include, but are not limited to: ADL assistance, mobility assistance, positioning assistance and feeding assistance.
Requirements
- Certified Nurse Assistant certification
- Complete annual state mandated training requirements (Regular In-services as well as any external training)
- Ability to use resident lift equipment
