Requirements
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous medical front office experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of EPIC Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience
- Minimum of one (1) year of previous experience in complex healthcare referral processes
- Familiarity with insurance and referral processes
