Job Description
Osborn Engineering is seeking a Project Manager of Water Resources who will report to the Director of Water Resources. The position involves project management, client management, project design, permitting, and plan review. The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, PE License in Ohio, and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
- PE License in Ohio
- 10+ years of relevant civil and site development design experience
- Civil engineering calculation experience (stormwater, potable water hydraulics, sewer and storm hydraulics, hydrology)
- Analysis software experience (ICPR, BMP Trains, HEC-RAS, WaterCAD, AutoCAD Civil 3D)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
