Field Director

We are hiring Field Directors to join us on an important and exciting petitioning campaign in Nashville, TN. Field Directors will recruit, train, and manage a team of local petitioners who will gather signatures from registered voters to qualify an initiative for an upcoming election.

Requirements

• Leadership experience, ability to motivate, grow, and manage a large team.
• Canvassing experience, paid or volunteer
• Extreme attention to detail and a proven ability to instill that quality in others.
• Self-starter with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong passion for community organizing and fostering civic engagement.
• Commitment to equity, inclusion, and social justice.
• Ability to work long hours, including evenings and weekends.
