High School Coach

The Overlake School is seeking qualified applicants for coaching positions. We offer varsity, junior varsity, c team, and assistant coaching positions. Candidates should be positive, caring, and supportive of the school's mission statement and dedicated to the overall development of young people as student athletes.

Requirements

• Be positive, caring, and supportive of the school's mission statement and be dedicated to the overall development of young people as student athletes.
• Work collaboratively with coaches, students, faculty, parents, alums and administrators.
• Bring perspectives, identities and skills that reflect, affirm and enrich the diversity of the Overlake community.
• Role model the behavior which the program demands.
• Possess strong communication skills, be very well organized, and have a passion for the sport.
• Be able to pass a criminal background check in addition to having an acceptable driving record.
• Vaccination for Covid-19 highly encouraged
• Coaching experience at the high school or club level, as well as a background as a competitive player, is recommended.
