We are seeking a Sales Counselor to join our team in Miami. The ideal candidate is a natural people-person with a drive to close deals and build relationships, able to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive in a competitive sales role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (inside/outside)
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented personality
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain long-term relationships
- Comfortable using CRM software and sales tools
