Job Description
The Kitchen Utility Steward is responsible for maintaining cleanliness, sanitation, and organization of the kitchen, dishwashing areas, and food preparation spaces. This role supports the culinary and banquet teams by ensuring that all kitchen equipment, utensils, cookware, and service ware are cleaned, sanitized, and available for use.
Requirements
- Previous experience in stewarding, dishwashing, or kitchen support preferred but not required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
- Basic understanding of sanitation and food safety standards.
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
