Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• At least 5 years of experience
• 2 years of human resource leadership in Manufacturing
• Knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines
• Knowledge of best practice principles, process, and procedures of the human resources field
• Knowledge of federal and state employment and benefit laws
