Job Description
PENTA Building Group is seeking a Construction Senior Project Scheduler to join their team in Los Angeles and Orange County, CA. The role involves planning, developing, and maintaining construction schedules, coordinating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project completion on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will collaborate and communicate effectively to deliver complex project plans.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of scheduling experience in the construction industry.
- Basic knowledge of standard construction practices and project sequencing.
- Excellent knowledge of scheduling procedures and basic scheduling concepts.
- Proficient plan and specification reading, review, and interpretation skills.
- Active listening skills and effective communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Experience working in construction software, like Oracle Primavera Cloud and Oracle Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
