Estimator

PENTA Building Group is seeking a dedicated Estimator to join their Las Vegas, NV team. This role involves all preconstruction services including estimating, scheduling, planning, bidding, and budgeting of projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a strong work ethic and experience in multiple project delivery methods.

Requirements

• Identifying, reviewing, and presenting potential project pursuits.
• Performing take offs and internal pricing for complex scopes on a variety of project types.
• Writing narratives for proposals or reviewing and tailoring existing narratives.
• Implementing project specific bid strategies within team.
• Preparing, reviewing, and uploading bid documents.
• Communicating project milestones and accountability.
• Adapting preconstruction techniques to Design-Bid-Build (DBB), Design/Build (DB), and Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR).
• Traveling to job walks and understanding bid documents.
• Developing and maintaining professional relationships with subcontractors.
