Job Description
PENTA Building Group is seeking a Construction Higher Education Project Manager with prior experience to join their Phoenix, AZ team. This role involves overseeing project engineering, managing subcontractors, and maintaining project documentation. The PM will work closely with the Superintendent and lead project startup and close-out activities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of construction project management experience
- 2+ years of higher education commercial project experience
- Degree in Construction Management or a related field
- OSHA 10 or 30 certification
- Fluency in reading, quantifying, and analyzing construction drawings
- Competent understanding of construction scheduling and sequencing
- Ability to work on fast-paced projects with accelerated schedules
- Positive attitude and team player mindset
- Experience with follow-up and monitoring of work
- Strong ability to adapt behavior
