Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition

The PENTA Building Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead and execute the company's talent acquisition strategy, providing hands-on leadership to the recruiting team and driving the development of scalable recruiting infrastructure, processes, and policies. The role involves leading, coaching, and developing a team of recruiters, managing senior-level requisitions, and partnering with operational leaders to understand project timelines and labor demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 8–10 years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience
• Proven experience leading and developing a recruiting team
• Strong experience closing candidates across multiple levels, including senior and hard-to-fill roles
• Multi-region or geographically distributed recruiting experience
• Experience supporting both field and corporate hiring needs
