Job Description
The Planet Group is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to grow its Accounting, Finance, and HR practice nationally. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, develop long-term client relationships, and work closely with the delivery team to match high-quality candidates with client needs.
Requirements
- Drive new business development efforts by identifying, targeting, and closing opportunities
- Cultivate strong relationships with hiring managers and decision-makers
- Collaborate with the delivery team to align candidate submissions with client needs
- Stay informed of industry trends, labor market shifts, and competitor activity
- Work cross-functionally with other Planet Group sales teams
