Job Description
We're looking for a Booker of Fascination to join our team of 'Guiding Lights' at The Fireflies. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and structured organiser who enjoys being the backbone of a creative process, with previous experience in artist bookings, supplier negotiation, and event production. The job involves account management, bookings, and production, and requires excellent communication skills and fluency in Dutch and English.
Requirements
- Proactive and structured organiser
- Previous experience in artist bookings in the Netherlands, supplier negotiation and event production
- Commercially minded and able to think in margins
- Excellent communicator - with artists, suppliers, clients and internal teams
- Flexible and solution-oriented under time pressure
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- Experience with internal quote systems (e.g. GRIPP) is a plus
